Subprocessor register
Every party that processes customer data on Selltics' behalf, what it receives and where. It is regenerated from the code, so a party that starts or stops receiving data appears or disappears here. There is no advance-notice or objection process behind it.
Available on request
Produced by hand. There is no download and no self-service route, so nothing here links to a document.
Account data export
A copy of an account's data, produced by hand on request. The product's only self-service export is a per-chart spreadsheet download.
Deletion request
Deletion requests are accepted in writing, by email. A request to delete a profile's advertising history is carried out by a tracked deletion job within thirty days; any other deletion is honoured by hand. The procedure is not documented or measured, and no written confirmation naming what was removed is issued as part of it.
Security issues reach the operator at support@selltics.net. Reports are read, with no committed response time, triage window or payout, and there is no bug bounty.
